Contact Services

Supervised Time Together

Safe, professionally supervised time together where children can spend time with a parent or family member with the reassurance of a trained professional.

Supervised time is provided when there are concerns about a child's safety or wellbeing during family time. Our trained staff remain present throughout each session, creating a safe and supportive environment where children can spend meaningful time with their family member. We believe supervised time should be a temporary measure, not a long-term arrangement. That's why we work closely with families and professionals to develop a clear plan that supports safe and positive progress towards the most appropriate future arrangements. Recordings are made throughout each session to ensure accurate, court-ready records are maintained. Detailed reports can also be provided to courts, local authorities, and other professionals where required.

Who is this for? Suitable for families where a court order requires supervised contact, or where parents agree that professional oversight would benefit the children on a short term basis.

Supported Time Together

Facilitated contact sessions with a professional present to support positive family interactions — without the formality of full supervision.

Supported contact is ideal for families who need a little extra help to make time together work well. A trained professional is available throughout the session to encourage positive interactions, provide guidance where needed, and help both parents and children feel comfortable and at ease. Unlike supervised contact, sessions are not recorded or formally documented, allowing families to focus on spending quality time together in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Who is this for? Suitable for families where a parents time with their child has not taken place for a little while but there are no identified risk, or is taking place but would benefit from professional support to improve the quality of interactions and reduce parental tensions.

Handover Service

Neutral, professionally managed handovers that remove the need for direct contact between parents — protecting children from risk of parental conflict.

Difficult handovers can be one of the most distressing parts of separation for children. Our handover service provides a safe, neutral location where children can be transferred between parents without the two adults needing to meet. This removes a key flashpoint for conflict and protects children from the distress of witnessing parental disputes.

Who is this for? Suitable for families where direct contact between parents at handover is causing conflict, distress, or safety concerns.
